From conception through to completion we will manage your project taking the final design through to the tender stage, build phase & completion. This will include the following stages;
Pre-Construction Phase – Stage 1
From previously prepared Building Regulations plans, prepare scale 1/50 plans to show all floor layouts, sections and construction details, preliminary services, construction notes and drainage details, together with additional construction & specification notes & information.
Add relevant detailed specification notes to drawings and make particular reference to sub-contractors & specialist supplier’s details.
Prepare detailed and fully documented Specification (Schedule of Works) for the works, together with tender documents including, Specification & Schedule of Works, Tender Letter, Form of Tender, Tender Drawings and obtain quotations or accept negotiated tender for the works and advise on selection of main contractor.
Including obtaining specialist nominated suppliers and sub-contractors quotes and designs as necessary
Prepare contract documents based on ‘RIBA Domestic Building Contract 2019’ and place order with Contractor and agree programme, time scales, and payment details.
