Listed Building consent is not normally required for repair or maintenance if it is like for like & compatible materials are used. Where full scale refurbishment is required or re-building of derelict buildings then Listed Building Consent will be required.

We will also provide samples of materials such as skirting boards & architraves together with fully dimensioned detailed drawings of joinery & conservation roof-lights. In some cases, small extensions and improvements can be made under permitted development but Listed Building Consent will still be required if it’s a Grade 11 Listed Building.
