We are experienced at producing Schedules of Dilapidations, Specifications & full Schedule of Works to enable the project to be accurately specified & priced. We will also provide samples of materials such as skirting boards & architraves together with fully dimensioned detailed drawings of joinery & conservation roof-lights. In some cases, small extensions and improvements can be made under permitted development but Listed Building Consent will still be required if it’s a Grade 11 Listed Building. It is important to seek advice before engaging with a builder to avoid any confusion that may lead to delays later in the project.
